Batman. Without question the best animated superhero series ever made.

Batman definatly. Timm/Dini shows were just better animated than anything Marvel has ever produced, but Ultimate avengers was a step in the right direction. And the writing on X-men and Spider-man was just waaay behind what Dini was coming up with. Especially Spider-man, I mean those last 15 episodes, WTF. Who ever approved that was on crack and heroin.

Just curious, all you voting for Batman. Did you enjoy the first 3 seasons the most? Or the switch to the 4th season, with Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin and Batman as a team?

But if I had to pick a favorite of the shows, Batman.

X-Men was my second favorite, then Spider-Man.
Superman was last out of the 4 but was still a good show.

I liked the New Batman Adventures better.
Probably because i liked the art alot better and because i was older when that came on.

I would be tricky for me to enjoy something THAT WAS NEVER ON THE AIR on any channel I got. You gotta under stand to get UPN or WB here in my end of Canada you have to have digital cable/satellite. And you only had that option in the last umm 4 years?, maybe 5.
Spider-man, Venom and Iron Man vs. Carnage and another guy I don't remember. Venom sacrificing himself at the end. Hehe, awesome.
UGH! Don't remind me. Avi Arad totally pussed out toward the end of that show's run. Turned it into complete tripe.

1) Batman
2) X-Men
3) Spider-Man
4) Superman

Just curious, all you voting for Batman. Did you enjoy the first 3 seasons the most? Or the switch to the 4th season, with Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin and Batman as a team? I liked all four seasons... But i liked the fourth one probably only because of the addition of Nightwing. He is one of my favorite dc characters.

The first 2 volumes (36 episodes) are out on DVD. The third volume will be released June 20 and will complete the series.
I don't believe they air the re-runs anywhere, though I've heard speculation about doing so on Boomerang.
You should look into it. It's pretty good.

X-men
They were all fun, but the Batman series had depth and real palpable character development the other series' never touched... from 'silicon soul' to clayface's "daughter" the stories were just more powerful...

With all these shows I loved them in the earlier years but started to dislike them as they went on, X men got kinda confusing. Spider man once they revealed MJ to be a clone and brought back Venom for a less than fantastic arc. Batman when they changed the animation. But I still liked them all even Super man and I hate superman, i liked his space adventures.
Batman is my all time favorite though, I loved the early episodes. And Spidey was good at translating the many comic arcs and the X men they chose for the main leads was a great team, despite leaving out a lot of my favorites.

well yeah, Iceman is one of my favs, but at least they didn't focuss on Jubilee too much after the first few episodes. I think its funny that it was a 90s cartoon and yet jubilee was still stuck in the 80s.
Was Shadow cat ever in the show, I don't remember her.

X-men was very good, Spidey was okay but had some not so great moments. Batman was just excellent, it was beautifully done, I wish they would do an X-men cartoon like that, or Hulk.
Superman was good but just not as good as Batman.

Batman. It had dark, mature themes, had violence unlike spider-man, didnt make its main character weak like superman, and its animation was alot more fluid than the kinda stiff models from xmen

Marvel has no idea how to make cartoons. They're all atrosh. No style.
In animation, it's got to be stylized. They try to draw like a comic book. Crappy.

I never got to see Superman. I would have voted for X-men as that was what got me into comics, but.....
BATMAN- hands down, the animation, plots and dark tone trumps everything I've ever seen.
The best explosion in any TV show was during the credits. This is an award I dont give out lightly.

Tough one, cause I love Spidey so much. But the creators CLEARLY didn't know how to end it (hence the Spider Wars/Alternate Reality BS). Oh, and Madame Web = Jumping the Shark. :down
Batman: TAS is one of the best animated shows EVER, IMO. X-Men was...meh. Supes was actually not that bad. But none of the others hold a candle to BTAS.
