Matt Murdock helped Bruce Banner, he gave him money and told me he'd be there in case he needed help.
Bruce Banner then goes to the subway and obviously they MAKE HIM ANGRY.
Hulk Rampage....who can stop him?
Not the police....BUT DAREDEVIL!

First he helps the police, stop them from getting killed...then he goes after the Hulk!

He fights him and fights him and Hulk barely feels any pain.

Daredevil keeps saying he wants to help him, Hulk doesn't listen.
Hulk slaps him and he goes flying, breaking some ribs and injuring some other things.

He thinks to himself "Hulk...too brutal...too strong...I'm lucky to be alive....tried my best, but it wasn't good enough...NOBODY would blame me if I quit now....no one would know...."

But he quickly picks himself up and thinks..."Nobody EXCEPT ME....I'd always know that I'd backed down, that I ran..."

SO HE FIGHTS TO HULK AGAIN!

While fighting him he's all "I want to help you! Destroying New York won't solve anything!"

The Hulk throws him into a bunch of trash cans and Daredevil says "You can't find Banner this way....I want to help you, but you'll have to trust me..." then he passes out.

The Hulk stops his destruction rampage, thinks a bit and escapes , but he's sad...."like he'd lost his only friend".

Police and medics come, Daredevil's in shock!

"He didn't have a chance....not against the Hulk. But he didn't back down either! He laid his LIFE on the line for this town!"

"No wonder they call him The Man without fear"...

My point?

He always overcomes the odds....as bad as they are.
He has no superpowers...but he's a true superhero.

That was quite possibly my favorite stand alone DD issue. DD will be in the game gams. Activision would be crazy stupid not to have him. :up:

Who knows? We've all been speculating that their will be certain exclusives for the Wii and PSP versions. I wouldn't mind as long as the PS2 gets and exclusive or two.:o

I believe that the Wii version might control differently due to obvious reasons, unless the normal controller peripheral ships with it.:o However that (and the rumor exclusives) will be the only difference.

I have those two issues and in the three times they encountered each other, Deadpool did not win once. I'd bring up Agent X's ass kicking too since he's a partial clone of DP but he's a seperate character so their's no point.

As for the Hulk...well...DP got lucky. :p Hulk jumped, he moved out of the way. He didn't physically lift him up and impale him or anything so I don't count it. :D

Still, the guys are pretty evenly matched. Considering the second comic.. DP had the chance to blow Punisher's brains out of his head. Punisher really only tried to kill DP in the first strip. This last one just looks like he doesn't even care anymore. :(

I try so hard not to be elitest or snobby and mock peoples tastes, but over the last few months I have seen AD cancelled after 3 ****ing seasons when friends went for years and other just as unfunny sitcoms suceed, and i saw the excellent futurama cancelled as simpsons goes onto ever more unfunny and uneeded seasons because people dont have the guts to admit its gotten ****.


I just give up because again and again, including with ps3 fanboys, people show they have **** taste. I dont like saying it, but you cant deny the truth/

Depends on where you are. There is a strip down the middle that goes from Halifax to a city in the next province, Moncton New Brunswick where things are nice and prosperous. jean grey to be exact. it seems that shee has been announced a NPC, but.. if you look closely in the trailer, you can see her preforming the phoenix force which is exaclty the same as it is in XML2, and she is ina group of four so im assuming she is being played as a playable character.?. i think it would be reat to see her as a playable character and through the game maybe she goes evil and becomes a big final dark phoenix enemy or something?? that might be cool. also, it seems that the xmen int he game are the exact same as they were in XML & XML2. not that i didnt think they werent already rgeat but i think they should have done something to kick them up a noche.. cause ex. jean grey looks exactly the same. i dono,any ideas? is she playable or no? is it unknown? what do u guys think on how the xmen are shaping up, cayse im thining the exact sammeeeeee!

jean grey to be exact. it seems that shee has been announced a NPC, but.. if you look closely in the trailer, you can see her preforming the phoenix force which is exaclty the same as it is in XML2, and she is ina group of four so im assuming she is being played as a playable character.?. i think it would be reat to see her as a playable character and through the game maybe she goes evil and becomes a big final dark phoenix enemy or something?? that might be cool. also, it seems that the xmen int he game are the exact same as they were in XML & XML2. not that i didnt think they werent already rgeat but i think they should have done something to kick them up a noche.. cause ex. jean grey looks exactly the same. i dono,any ideas? is she playable or no? is it unknown? what do u guys think on how the xmen are shaping up, cayse im thining the exact sammeeeeee!

I'm sure that's because you have the choice whether to help him save his city or let it be destroyed. So he could be either a friend or an enemy.

You can switch teams, but the game tries to get you to focus on using a specific team throughout most of the game.

I can't believe I'm the only one here who knows who titanus is, especially as he appeared in one of the best marvel books out there at the moment.


They might have to tone him down a lot though seeing as he took on some of the most powerful and respected marvel heroes without batting an eye lid.

When pumped up, his spinning sword attack could take out whole swarms of enemies. I fail to see how he was underpowered.:o :down

Iron Man was another one. He had that super combo all by himself. Put on Motion Amplifier and then start firing projectiles away. Motion Amplifier was one of the most overpowered skills in the entire game.

Ok, finally got the link to the interview. I guess Titannus is now officially confirmed.

I created Iron Maniac and Titannus, who I think are both cool villains. I hope I'm not giving anything away but I'm told Titannus makes an appearance in the upcoming Marvel: Ultimate Alliance video game. So I'm content in knowing I've added to the history of the Marvel Universe. I've made my mark, so to speak.

you can switch your team at any time. but when you have a team around for a certain amount of time, that team gives you a bonus. but i think i read somewhere that you can switch characters way better then xml. you dont have to go to the "x-traction points". i think you can just go to the character select menu at any time.
