Superman Returns Picture HELP!!!

I REALLY NEED HELP FOR SOME MANIPS!!!

For one, could someone take the Superman Returns logo from this pic:

And make it into a 50x50 and 75x75 avatar?

And for a manipulation...could someone take this picture of LeBron James:

And put the Superman Returns logo on his chest, and take off the text and numbers on his jersey. And also possibly add the Superman Returns color cape to his back? This would be much appreciated. It would be going even above and beyond if someone was able to take out everything in the background, except for LeBron dunking the ball into the hoop...and making the background the sky!!! I really need a pic like this, and it would be much appreciated. Thanks guys, there are many people with extreme amounts of talent on here to pull it off. If you can, It would be much appreciated!!!

Well I need help as well but it’s for a t-shirt I’m going to wear for the premier

Mine should be easier to I guess could some one please please get rid of the background and keep only the \R/ symbol, is there anyway to fix it up cause I want it in black and white cause my printer sucks in transferring colors on t shirts.

I.e.: the red replaced with white
Yellow replace with black
