For the first part of Dame to Kill For, Dwight has a different face. (I refer to him as Dwight Classic.) He could use his normal voice for this part, then when Owen comes back in it's easily interpreted that Dwight changed his own voice to further the disguise.

i know, i read the book.
all they need to do is put makeup on Clive to give him the pre-surgical look. no need for a recast/two people to play the role.
