Why wasn't Dr. Mid-Nite shown atleast once?

He's my fave hero (obviously) and it's pisses me off how he didn't show up on the show atleast for one episode, yet other heroes who were part of the JSA like Wildcat and Sand did. :mad:

Pieter Anton Cross

Pieter Cross is the current Dr. Mid-Nite and still serves with the JLU from the time he took the mantle from McNider. He has a methuman ability to perfectly see in the dark, and serves and a highly expert surgeon. And can only see in the dark, so he has special lences which inable him to see in the light. Mid-Nite also carries in his gaunlets ton of medical equipment and is one of the best fighters in the DCU.

Mid-Nite DID make an appearance on the show, he was in the episode "Dark Heart." There's a scene where a few heroes are holding up a rock barrier and the aliens break through it, among them were left to right, Wildcat, Elongated Man, and Dr. Mid-Nite. That version of Mid-Nite was Charles McNider, and he's even featured in this picture all the way in the bottom back.

I think he also appeared in "Panic in the Sky" and "Destroyer," although they weren't speaking roles either.
