Brad Dourif is one of those actors who can pull off several characters in the Batman universe. I can see him as The Joker, The Riddler, The Mad Hatter, Dr. Jeremiah Arkhum, The Ventriloquist and (though it's a bit of a stretch) Mr. Freeze. I could also see him as The Penguin if he were a little chubbier and shorter (he's 5'10, but I always thought he was shorter).

Scarecrow was NOT in Year One. None of the major villains were. Unless you want to count Falcone.


EDIT: Catwoman was in Year One. I forgot about her...

I think Batman Begins is the closest we'll ever come to having a "Year One" scenario on film.

On the subject of Catwoman being in year one, can we think of anyone who can play Catwoman/Selina Kyle and hold her own opposite Christian Bale?

CINO (Catwoman In Name Only) that movie sucked because the script wasn't good and Berry acted **** in it plus Jolie is better actress then Berry. My point is if the script is NOT good even great actresses or actors could be **** in it Example: Batman & Robin (1997)

By then bale would have made 3 Bat-movies Jolie was and is my favourite actress way before she won Oscar but tho at the time there I didn't have internet. Everyone has different opinion and I don't care about her personel life.
