Spidey sues J.Jonah Jameson for libel

Did anybody read the story in which Spidey successfully sues Bugle publisher Jonah Jameson for libel.
I liked the part where Spidey(tongue in cheek) accuses Jameson of hating him simply because he's black and the publisher visibly squirms!
if you've missed it, then you've missed a treat!

It would help if you pointed out what comic it took place in (She-Hulk), & the fact that he was forced to settle the case because Peter Parker was also named in the suit.
