Hype Deathmatch. R3 Match 6 DOG LIPS vs masteryoda

Welcome to Hype Deathmatch!

Think MTV's Celebrity Deathmatch, except with Hype posters. Each match will get its own thread and last 2 days. Whichever poster has the highest votes gets to move on to the next Round. Multiple votes by the same user on different names is allowed, but if the match ends in a tie...all multiple votes will be discounted to determine the winner. *

Most of the players are picked from the first 5 pages of the Members List, well known posters/posters with high post counts/mods/trolls etc. Don't be discouraged, there's always Hype Deathmatch 2. :)

Game Outline:
Round 1: 50 players/ 24 matches => 24 winners move onto Round 2.
Round 2: 24 players/ 12 matches => 12 winners move onto Round 3.
Round 3: 12 players/ 6 matches => 6 winners move onto Round 4.
Round 4: 6 players/ 3 matches => 3 winners move onto Final 3-Way Match.
Final 3-Way Match: 3 players/ 1 match => 1 winner

Nothing against Masteryoda because honestly in Community since I've been here I've had very little contact with him. I'm sure by the way you and TMOB make him sound he's great but DL has had more interaction with most of the recent posters. You can't fault people for voting for someone they are more familiar with instead of somebody who some people are just saying he's cool.

Dude, in the past year all I've seen masteryoda do is pop in to Tivo the Hype for a few posts every few months. He's not even here for his own death match. What does it matter that he's a god if he never performs any miracles for the masses?

Dog Lips works miracles every single day. I don't have to trudge through hundreds of pages of archives from 2003 where I don't even recognize half the posters when I'm high on Satan-Cat.

As I mentioned earlier, yoda only has access to his work comuter after midnight on Wednesdays, Fridays & Satudays, so this particular match came out at an ill-opportune time for him.

Though he is aware that he's won two rounds. He thinks it's funny because he hasn't even participated. Having said that, it speaks VOLUMES of the type of poster that he was and still is.

Everybody else here is campaigning like their lives depends on it, and yet they still lose matches.

yoda doesn't even bother and he still wins. :up:

And Dog Lips doesn't perform miracles... he's more of a middle of the road dry-cleaner.
