I first downloaded the original x-rated version the show was based on from the internet many years ago. I got the first season and thought it was ok. Not great, but ok. I guess I'm hoping this season will be an improvement.

I picked this up last week. It's only $11.99 and includes a commentary and featurette. It's a really good movie. It was produced by Gale Anne Hurd and the director got some help from her husband at the time, Jim cameron. It also stars the uber-hot Jennifer Rubin:

Quantum Leap Season 1 - I had no clue that they had put Quantum Leap on DVD until the other day! Too bad the first season only has, I think, 9 episodes on it...but it's pretty kick ass that this is out. If you've never seen Quantum Leap I suggest that you buy it. It's like one of the greatest television shows of all time.
