Just rent it. It's one of those no-brainer things. Still, it's entertaining and it has Jamie Foxx(highly watchable) Jada-Pinkett Smith(hotty) and Tom Cruise(Best part of the film) in it.

Man, Garden State was great. Difference of opinion I guess, but in my opinion it was an extremely sincere, thoughtful, and quirky movie. I think it captures life's awkwardness beautifully. Maybe its because I've felt alot of those ways, but man, I think that movie is genius.

No it's not a porno. Infact there is only nudity at the very end of the movie. Infact there is no "sex" persay until the end of it. Oh wait.nope there is but it's completely normal and boring scene.

Go there and look it up. It gives a pretty good account for the story. This movie was an indie.....and won at the 2002 sundance film featival awards. It was based on a short story written by Mary Gaitskill. It is actually a beautiful love story, it's just a diffrent kind of love story. James Spader (who BTW is too hott for words) and Maggie Gyllenhall are in it along with Leslie Ann Warren. If you can stomach some "taboo" subjects, it a very good movie and should be checked out.

Also bought a video on tuesday presented by FUBU called "STREET SLAMS". It has thirteen of New Yorkers competing in a battle of the snaps ("yo mama" jokes and similar types of jokes). Sort of like a freestyle battle, only with jokes rather than raps. Say what you will, but when was the last time you heard a Yo Mama joke that actually made you go "DAMN!!!"?
