The trailer seems to have a bit of a retro feel, like they wanna mix the modern approach with a bit of a comeback to the look and feel of the Connery Bond films. Craig himself has a bit of a resemblance with Connery, but I think he looks too old for the part.

I didn't know this was an all out restart. I thought it was a Superman Returns type of thing.

That pretty much cancels out all my complaints (Blond, tone, etc). It's a new Bond series now, so it should have a blank slate. Now, I'm really looking forward to this. Hopefully, we get get some cool remakes (Dr. No, Goldfinger, etc.)

The trailer was really good.
It gave Bond films a totally different vibe. I like the change.

I had my doubts about Bond, but after that trailer, Craig will do great as Bond.

I don't understand what they are thinking... the whole restart idea sucks. If casino royale was a prequel... why not, I wouldn't be as mad but the whole restart things kill everything that make james bond cool for me. It's an insult to sean connery, the best bond ever. ( yes, the movies never happened... Sean, you're nothing ). It kills the wonderfull Teresa di vincenzo thing. A unique sequence in bond life that as a durable impact in the post connerian bond. I liked it because it was so unique. ( and that's why I was against an OHMSS remake, even by brosnan, it would have killed something which works so well because it's unique )
