So I have my window open for air conditioning purposes here next to my comp in my room- and the damn neighbor kids next door are making a lot of noise. They're girls and god damn I swear I can hear their screaming every 6 ****ing seconds.

But my uncle always treated me special, whenever I'd go to his house he'd actually acknowledge my presence and treat me like a human being, and talk to me like I was. A lot of people unfortunately seem to treat kids like pet goats... they think if they feed and clothe them they've done all thats required of them.

And my parents couldn't understand why I behaved for my uncle but not them.

My best friend's parents babied his little brother and would never come down hard on him no matter what he did, but they would yell at my best friend for minor stuff, and they also have placed responsibility on my best friend ever since he was fairly little, but his little bro has never had to do anything at all really.
