Uematsu composed the new orchestral title track, while Japanese opera star Ken Noshiori can be heard singing the tune.

God, this really has been a GREAT week for MGS, I was seriously shocked to see Snake in Super Smash Bros 3, its going to kick serious butt. Think of it, if he gets his own missions... Good point. On top of Rex is a great place for a fight. Somewhere like the Blast Furnace could also work. But he was in MGS2 gear... wouldn't be the top of Arsenal would it? Maybe of the tanker, filled with water and MG Ray pops out from time to time and fires at you or sumet. :up:

Well he could have MGS1 gear for an alternate costume. Blast Furnace seems kinda obscure, but could definitly go with the whole style stages in SSB usually have.

Also, The tanker (Specifically the room with the commandant and REY) could also work. Maybe fight on the ledges around REY, and on him. aInstead of falling off the stage, you fall into where the speech is going on and get mobbed by marines.

Snake is in Super Smash Bros because Kojima requested that Snake be in the game. Kojima and Myamoto have a very good working relationship.

Would anyone else like that Smash Bros. turns into a flagship game of different companies, instead of being Nintendo only? I mean we already have Snake, so it's not impossible.

I've never been a big fan of Smash Bros. for the simple reason that I wasn't a fan of Nintendo characters. But I liked the concept of the game. Since the very first game in the series I wanted them to make it an all out battle royal between flagship characters from different companies.

Here are some of the characters I'd like to see in the game if they'd include more 3rd party characters.

- Capcom: Mega Man X & Zero/Sigma
- Namco: KOS-MOS & Pac-Man (Can't really think of too many Namco characters =/ )

I too can't wait to play this game....hopefully I will still be able to kick most people's butts with Dr. Mario, as is the case so far with Melee. :D Also, I can only hope that they'll also think to add Diddy Kong, King K. Falco and Fox kinda made sense. Mario and Luigi became more different in Melee. I think the Wii will be powerful enough to give every character a unique moveset. I can't say I hated clones though. I never used them. I only used Link who was the original.

The developer specifically mentions the Gamecube controller in the interview, so chances are very high that it will work with the GC controller first and then I'm sure that it would work with the virtual controller as well.

Has it been confirmed that Zero suit Samus is a new selectable character? I Assumed that it was just a result of using her ultimate attack. Since you can see her armor falling off as she's doing the attack in game.

Damn you're right. I just hate the idea of 1 character having 2 versions. Atleast it won't be a clone and the gun sword will be cool.

I would agree with you on the Diddy Kong thing, except for one thing: the fact that Diddy uses his tail for virtually everything, plus Donkey Kong's complete LACK of a tail, could very easily equate to completely seperate characters. Provided the character designers use their imaginations. :)

"Millions less" = closer than Nintendo wants to admit, and the PSP continues to go neck and neck with it in every territory except Japan. They're both selling like hotcakes. According to Sony they've sold through 16.7 million, and I don't think you can believe either at face value.

Zenien is right, besides Japan, the Playstation Portable is either ahead or in a dead tie with the Nintendo DS. Worldwide, the gap between the two will become smaller once Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories are released for the system.

You mean last generation? I won't argue with you on that; Nintendo didn't do so well. But that has no meaning of what happens this generation. The Wii is clearly owning the PS3. People want gameplay and fun, not pretty graphics (although they are very nice).
