I think they come under 'fair use'.
We're not selling them, using them to promote our own businesses or mass-distributing them. Bascially, they end up as 'free advertising' for the company behind whatever image is being used.
On that note... mine has no copyright. :)

I used a generator for the base (I suck at drawing the human body), but the hair/clothing/etc. I customized in Photoshop.
Where have you seen it? I have several versions of it with different hairstyles (not all have Daisy in them) and have used them elsewhere.

Those are like the barbie dolls of the internet. They come in like hundreds of different outfits and looks and are commonly posted by bloggers.

Maybe they grouped Asian-Mexican-German-Russion etc into Asian. And then black gets it's own because the skin color is "so different." And then the american is blond because aryeons are the bestest race...

Like Daisy said, it's about Fair Use. It's like if we were in school and all the kids liked cutting picturesd out of magazines and putting them on our noteboooks, no one is gonna care, we're not making money of it, or depriving anyone of potential moneys, so it's all good.
