the more Batman looking character is Dick Grayson. He went under the name Batman. This is the earth 2 Dick Grayson who took over for Bruce(earth 2) after he retired, and is a JSA member. The robin character, i've seen before. He's in Crisis On The Infinite Earths, but i dont know his identity.

Dick on Earth 2 never went by the name Batman. He was always Robin (even in that costume). The Batman-esque costume is the first he wore after the standard red/green/yellow shortpants suit, the other costume shown there (with the wings) is what he went to afterwards (designed by Neal Adams IIRC).
Not sure why there'd be two Earth-2 Dick's in one picture, but I'm intrigued. There was never an Earth-2 Jason Todd. Earth-1 had a JT - he was the acrobat with red/blonde hair who's parents died like the Graysons. After the Crisis on the new merged Earth is where we get the current JT (the one who stole the tires off the batmobile).
