I can't log out. Everytime I click yes I stay logged on.

Which browser are you using eg Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox etc

The Tools Option is a dropdown at the top of the screen.

Mozilla (from left to right): File (top left) Edit View Go Bookmarks Tools

Internet Explorer (from left to right): File Edit View Favourites Tools
