What would The Brave and the Bold Issue #199 Mint Condition, 1st printing be worth. I think its from 1981 or 82.

$6 according to comicpriceguide.com as well as my Overstreet. But you'd probably get less than that if you tried to sell it

Then you're a lucky man. The issue really is nothing special. It's worth $6 though.
These folks are selling an average condition of it for about 2 bucks (http://cgi.ebay.com/BRAVE-and-the-BOLD-199-VG-1983-Comics-SPECTRE-BATMAN_W0QQitemZ2247725936QQcategoryZ17076QQcmdZVi ewItem)

I find that hard to believe, unless someone's messing with you or you're schill bididng. Would you mind linking to the auction? I did a search for "brave and the bold 199" and I don't see one up for auction, I only see some in ebay stores, and the average price among those is less than $5

in fact, I just searched for "brave bold" and looked for items in the $19 dollar range, and I don't see an auction with just #199 for sale. did you exclude the words brave or bold from your auction title, or did you not list it in the comics section?

I doubt he even listed it. He just got angry because he thinks that every comic thats 25 years old should be worth a fortune.
Ahh, the good old days.
