SR Inflatable suit commerical

Watching CN at 5:45pm today, I saw the commerical for the inflatable suit. Its a kids thing that its kinda like a balloon suit. Muscles appear to allow kids to pretend they have.....muscles.

And why do they not make these in different sizes? I would like to have one for myself.
