Shadow of Apokolips had Livewire, Parasite, and Metallo. (You also fought Kanto, although he was in a tank.) The gba version, Countdown to Apokolips, included Kalibak.

I haven't read much about Superman Returns, so I don't know if any villains (other than Metallo) have been confirmed.
