This may seem a bit petty, but with the House of Ideas fans constantly ranting about the supposed anti-Marvel bias at Entertainment Weekly, I was wondering- Who exactly is running RottenTomatoes?

I remember last year reading a mixed review of 'Batman Begins' in Time that called the film 'an honorable effort'. I was a little surprised then to see the Time review given a 'Rotten' classification at Tomatoes.

Well, I just got done reading the 'X-Men: The Last Stand' review in my New York Times. Here are the last couple sentences: 'Mostly, as so often with these types of empty entertainments, you are left to wonder why companies that hire so many fine actors to run around under latex and foam and have the best technological wizardry money can buy seem to spend so little attention to the screenplay. The credited writers here are Simon Kinberg and Zak Penn, who, like the director, are simply not mutant enough to fly.'

And that review is listed as a 'Fresh'! Huh?

Yeah......I think DC does have better films. Marvel probably has more films.....atleast it feels that way, but not exactly as good as the best we've gotten from DC related stuff.

Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Begins, Superman the Movie, Superman II, Superman Returns, V For Vendetta (doesn't it count, since Vertigo is technically part of DC) and maybe even Constantine, just b/c it was alot better than I thought it'd be.

Marvel's got X-Men, X2, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2........I guess the first Blade movie and maybe the 2nd (just Cause I liked it too) can count. Am I missing any more?

Btw, The Patriots is nice. Sounding too Metal Gear Solid is never a problem. Unless your name is Solid Snake.......that might get you arrested in some states.

Although, the Knights of Prosperity is damn catchy. All Robin Hood and all. The show's pretty funny too.
