At the end of X-Men The Last Stand we see Magneto using a little bit of his Power. Now the question is what would Magneto do ? At the end of things he realized what he did was wrong with Jean. He cared that Professor X died & he cares about what Professor X was fighting for. Should Magneto really go bad ? I think for the next Trilogy a whole new Enemy should be released & when Magneto finds out that Professor X is back I would love to see Magneto eventually team up with Professor X & the X-Men permanately to fight this new Enemy & would love to see Magneto realize that he was also wrong about Human Kind not being able to accept Mutants. Am I the only one that thinks this ? Magneto was the enemy for 3 Movies. Come on lets get something new for the next Trilogy.

Magneto has played a major role in the first three, maybe it's time for something new... or at least a lesser role. Don't get me wrong, he was great in the first three, but there are other places they could go.

Magneto was never "bad" to begin with. I have never considered him a villain; he just have different beliefs to that of Xavier's, that's all.
I would like to see MR. SINISTER and the NASTY BOYS or the HELLFIRE CLUB with a villain EMMA FROST in X4. Screw Apocalypse. An ancient mutant isn't my cup of tea.

Please let there be a new villian. Please. By the time X-Men 4 rolls around, Ian will look like a 90 year old. We need someone new. Pretty please.

For X4:
- Magneto stands trial by the United Nations
- He ends up becoming head of Xavier's School and leading the new X-Men
- New X-Men are Beast, Angel, Kitty Pride, Collosus, joined by a major star as Gambit, and a major star as a female X-er.

You do know that Xavier is alive right

i think it's time they gave him a rest, i mean the public are getting the idea that the x-men are constantly going after a single threat.
in all superhero films, i've never seen a villain so overused before.
i mean the spidey fans are having complaints about goblin being in the franchise twice (even though it's a different goblin), i can't believe how tolerant the x-men fans have been to hav magneto be a villain three consecutive times in three films.
crikey, give the man a break...

I think that Magneto should be the good guy in the next film. Hear me out...I think that Xavier should be the bad guy.
Movie 4: Age of Apokolips. Set up Xavier in the new body. Hank and Storm are the leaders of the X-men. Magneto goes underground and begins to regain his powers...comes to the X-men to learn how to harness his powers again and becomes a huge ally in the fight against En Saba Nur.
Movie 5: Days of Future Past. It is discovers through questioning of the cured Raven Darkholme that she was the one who was responsible for the murder of Kansas senetor Robert Kelly. This begins an all out offensive finally led by all humans. Trask is ordered to release his sentinels from his project wide-awake that he started after what the mutants did in movie 3 and 4. Xavier is seen in the last half of the film and grows even more bitter that the acts of one bad mutant has lead to the death and imprissonment of almost all of mutant kind. Magneto seeing this is instantly reminded of his past in Poland and grows vengful once again.
Movie 6: Onslaught. The combined anger of Magneto and Xavier, following the internment and slaughter of many mutants leads to the production of the most powerful entity ever, Onslaught. 20th Century Fox could utilize their full rights, in a final cross over film, starring the X-men, Fantastic Four, and Daredevil to help stop this monster.

Same here. Like to see a new villian for a change. Lol, but if Emma Frost enters the picture, then I think the movie would be rated 'R' lol :o unless they alter her for the movies and make her a nun!

I think Magneto should still have followers but not be a "terrorist/bad guy" in any more sequals, just the alternative the Xavier's school.

Did you miss Storm and Wolverine crying, or the entire school mourning his loss?

The Magneto movie should be the last we see of him (for a while. if they ever plan on bringing him back). Bring on a new villain. The man has had three movie's straight for christ's sake. If you think the rest of the x-men feel underdeveloped because of Wolverine then imagine how people like Sinister feel who don't even get to APPEAR in a movie. :(

If Sinister and Apocolypse appear Magneto will NOT be the villian.

Magneto is Malcolm X. He should now go to the school and act as headmaster with very limited powers...since Storm MUST be killed off at the very beginning of a part 4...
Sinister should be the villian...
An AOA trilogy is where I'm heading with my hopes for the franchise...

Magneto should of never been the villain after he was used in the first movie. We need new villains,we even need new hero staring roles.I think everyone is getting sick of seeing Magneto as the villain and Wolverine as the hero in every movie.
X-4 needs something fresh.

Let Magneto reform after his time spent as a human, and his remorse over what happened with Phoenix. Keep him in the films, but as an ally to the X-Men against Mr. Sinsiter and later Apocalypse.
