Ok, so in this Nolan series, Batman is potrayed to be more realistic than previous movies and TV series. That takes out jet boots, batplane, batboat, batsubmarine, batrocket, batcycle, etc. My question what's left for the dark knight other than his trusty "Tank"? Saying "none, bite it off" would take joy out of me, because of all superheros (particularly DC) Batman is about cool stuff.
My short list:
1. Bat-Walker. A Wayne Enterprise mining robot that helps Batman clear out concretes and battle out, say Clayface or Bane.
2. Bat-Scout. A hovering scout robot that can go inside radiated or any inhospitable rooms.
3. Real Batarang with Battery. Not that friggin callsign introduced in BB. It can home in to enemy with ease and can be programmed to deliver electrical shock, disperse immobilizing gas or screech noise.

Not bad...
hmm.. So what's he got so far...
Bat-hearing aids
Bat-echo-location-boot-thing
Bat-grapple gun
Bat-arangs
Bat-Magnetic-cape
Bat-nomex-suit
Bat-tank
Bat-smoke-bombs
Bat-utility-belt
I think that's it.
What I want.
Bat-cycle
Bat-Jet (Batwing)
Bat-tracers
Bat-shark repellent (lol just jokin)
Bat-knuckle dusters (I just learned what these were not long ago and I think they'd be cool for batman.)
Bat-night-vision-goggles
Bat-goop (like in the batman forever video game. I remember I threw some thing at the villians and they'd get trappe in it like glue.)
Bat-heat-laser (like the heat laser he had in batman and robin. That'll be good against freeze if he ever makes his way into this franchise. Please don't blindly say that "oh it's from batman and robin, it must not come to this holy franchise." that's just stupid to me. thanks.)
Best one of all: Bat Computer.

^^^Definately tracers and night-vision. the jet might take a while, but the bike could be nice. Everyhting else is a little campy. Knuckle dusters could work, but Bats would probably rely on his martial arts and strength then the dusters.
Simple stuff like a taser or mace might work. Bugs he can place around so he doesnt always have to be in the vicinity to use his bat-antennae thing. CSI stuff like finger printing equipment or those lights that find blood and other stains would be cool.
Plus better batarangs and bombs (like timed mines that he doesnt have to throw, he could just place them.)

Upgrade the grapple gun to the grapple cannon. A compact device that unfolds two or three times quickly so to get a grip line from one building to the next would be instantanious once fired. Compact enough unfolded so he could fit 3 or 4 on his belt. Instead of one grapple gun

I think he will use Ninja Exploding Powder over the gas pelets - since those were shown in BBegins.

we don't think we need gadgets that will make Batman look campy. Night vision retractable lenses in his cowl. Seeing more smokescreen bombs be used would be nice. He didn't use them at all in Begins even though Ra's showed the explosive powders that he will use in the future. Using his mini bat ninja stars against the enemy and throwing at their arms, chest, to inflict pain would be nice to see. Using Cranes fear toxin, for interogation purposes when necessary would be interesting...because he has the anti-toxin to get them back on their feet.
A stealthy looking motorcycle...with a silent running mode would be interesting.
More than anything....i want Batman to continue to put fear on his criminals.....and into the audience as well. Alot of movie goers liked the way Batman was depicted....especially when it came to him being creepy, stealthy and mysterious.

We need the Bat-Pole entrance/changing facility to the Bat-Cave. Adam West knew how to roll in style.

I think Batman should have a laser watch and a bowtie with a camera in it. Sure the tie will look silly on his costume, but at least it won't look like a camera.

Best one of all: Bat Computer.
I don't think Batman should have the Batcomputer not yet anyway. He should egt it until the third. IOn the second he should just have a pin board. With pictures of mob bosses, mb families, their business and pictures of joker victims and a large map where he's marked of all of the joekr's crime scenes. And he'd try and connect the dots like the police do. Have you ever read the Two-Face origin called "Eye of the Beholder". Yeah so, on that he\s trying to find a seniour citizens killer and he doesn't have the batcomputer. Heo nly has the pin board. To show that he's just starting out.

a kryptonite ring that's only glanced over; just to show that bruce is keeping on top of things (that being contingent on how far the time lapse between movies and whether or not metropolis and superman are even mentioned).

It's this crossover comic where this team goes to Gotham to track down some guy who shifts realities or something. Batman shows up, and as this guy is shifting realities, Batman is transforming into various interpretations of himself. It goes from Current, to Adam West, to DKR, Niel Adams, Golden Age (he has a gun), followed lastly by an original one similar to Golden Age but kinda different.

I think he should definetly have a computer, at the end of begins they mention the modifications to the west wing on the mansion, with a crime lab also
