i'd go with the "other" not so well known large black man... the guy from underworld, and dodgeball. he's got a deeper voice, and isn't as recognizable as the other two, which is a plus, in my opinion.

I myself would love to see Darksaid in a Superman movie. He is the one superman villain that is my favorite. It would be interesting to see if Superman and Lex would have to team up to beat the ultimate evil.

As for Micheal Clark Duncan i see him as an apocolypse for an X-men movie more then a character for Darksaid. I think Ron Perlmen , Vin Diseal or Keith David would be more ideal. I just like Keith David's voice.

Darkseid is like, 8 feet tall. An actor in costume as Darkseid would look cheesy. The only way to do the character justice is to do him totally CGI.
