Real Jukebox Player Problem

There's a song that I can't get Real to play. It plays fine on WMP but Real just won't do it. I don't know why. It comes up on my play list, and the time bar goes like it's playing but there's no sound. The image that moves with sound doesn't move so I know that the program isn't regestering the sound at all. It's an mp3 file.

Anyone know what to do to fix it?

its usually encoded in a format that jukebox just cant handle...I am not the multimedia guru (music and video)

I'm thinking it's the file. It plays fine on WMP but on my mp3 player the end of the song is completely jacked up. :( I guess it's a good thing I'm not addicted to that song.
