I've always liked the bitter side of Spidey's transformation. Sure, he get's to shoot webs and climb walls and have spider strength but the fun begins when his spider mutation alters his form into a spider.
I'd love to see this handled in one of the sequels. Have him grow the extra arms, how he has to hide them and eventually becoming man-spider. That would make for some horrific fx as well as put some scare into a spider-man movie. Also a nice way to introduce kraven the hunter offcourse. And perhaps the lizard fits into this as well.

It'd be hard to write a good story for it and the Man-spider transformation would end up taking a lot of screen time.Don't get your hopes up.

seeing how we already had peters power fading in and out in the last movie, (though, it was explained as it being him welling it to go away) they could use it as a set up. (I still wish we saw spiderman going to dr. coners for help with that instead of peter going to that hippie doc.) but ya I don't see it happen in the movie.

This is exactly what I thought they were doing...for me, that was really weak spot of Spidey 2.

I agree, I dont think it would translate well on the big screen.... which is why we need a new Spidey cartoon
