Professor Charles Xavier?

:)

Thouh, a cop with these powers could work very well.

Almost like Daredevil and the lawyer thing.

heh, i think 'twould be funny if he was running with all these heroes claiming to hear voices and whatnot and just ended up being a schizo :o

He's a weak actor. That's the problem.

Can he only hear peoples' thoughts and not manipulate others' thoughts?

I think his name is a combination of Matt Stone, Trey Parker and Eric Cartman

My brother and i were talking about this last night. the cop can only hear wat people are thinking at that moment in time. He can't delve into their minds to look for info.

Maybe in time he could train his powers to be able to manipulate thoughts but in my opinion i don't think thats gonna happen

it might
the heroes' powers are supposed to get stronger, like Hiro freezing time rather than reversing it

Because he doesn't gesticulate like a bat outta heal and spit isn't spraying out of his mouth at every word he's a bad actor?

The character he's playing is a subsurbia overweight cop with marital problems. The actor is doing a perfectly fine job so far. I agree maybe Matt could be a little more freaked out about hearing other people's thoughts but so far none of the characters are really freaked out about their powers.

Sorry for going off topic, but LadyVader, is that a face inside Chewbacca's mouth? It looks like he ate an Ewok.

Well if ya wanna get technical, what's wrong with Jugernaut's arms? :)

No. Because he plays the exact same character he did in FELICITY, with the same voice intonation, same mannerisms and same lack of charisma and feeling. Satisfied now?

I am actually because I never watched Felicity and that thought fills me with unbridled joy. :D

If an actor knows his limitations, then we should not fault him for it. Obviously the casting people gave him this part for a reason. Maybe it's the fact that he does come through as a bit of a loser, which makes it easy for people to identify with him.

And seriously now, not every actor has Johnny Depp chameleonic qualities. Look at Keanu Reeves. An actor that knows his limitations and still has found succes. :)

It all makes sense now. We can't understand Chewbacca because he has an Ewok in his mouth. :yay:

There's nothing wrong with Juggy's arms. It's his waist, hips, and legs that are screwed up.

Yeah. He was unemployed and cheap to hire. :woot:

I was really sad when he left alias...him being in the cast has probably drawn a lot of alias fans who are looking for new show to watch...at least that's one reason I wanted to see it. plus superheroes are the *****!
