Transformers Teaser Poster And Site

Ok somebadass news came out. Over on www.themovieblog.com (http://www.themovieblog.com) they have the new teaser poster for the new Transformers movie, and let me say this poster is ****ing sweet as hell. It says on the bottom ''Their War, Our World'' which makes me covered in Goosebumps. And the teaser site will be launched in 26 days I think, go to www.transformersmovie.com (http://www.transformersmovie.com) for the countdown.


If Bay makes this movie the best thing since Choclate Milkshakes I'm going to woreship the ground he walks on.

Thats the most ridiculous question asked. But guess I'll have to explain. Someone might not be into Transfomers in a big way and might not even bother going to the Transformers forum and then they come on to Misc. films and say ''Oh I remember Transformers as a kid I think I'll check it out'' or say ''Hmm I'm big into films I wonder what this new Transformers movie is like'' out of curiosity.

Looks pretty sweet to me. I wasn't ever really a big Transformers fan apart from the few times my parents bought me some of the toys, but I'm hoping this movie turns out good! I can't wait to see what the actual robots in the film look like.

I was expecting 2 teaser posters. One with the autobot logo with "Transformers: July 4, 2007" underneath. The other would be the same with the decepticon logo. It's still pretty cool.

I hope it doesn't turn out like the Power Rangers with a bunch of guys running around in clunky robot suits when they are not in their transformed modes. If this movie is successful maybe it will lead to a live action Go-Bots movie or Voltron movie.

Personally, I think they should use as little CG as possible. They should use animatronics and puppets as much as they can, and rely on CG for the stuff that would be impossible to do otherwise.

Not really a good SFX person could easily use greenscreen to blend them in.

I've been wondering what the countdown is for on the site. My guess it's counting down to the teaser trailer which is the 5th of july and thats only two days before Pirates Of The Caribbean is released. So the teaser could online on the 5th, playing in front of pirates for the 7th.
