I was just gonna get one off of ebay or something, i thought the head might be a little big since the secret files figures are bigger then marvel legends so we'll see. how do you like it so far ??

I know but i wanted him to have different hands, so hopefully once its all done they wont be much of an issue, i was thinkin i should paint them purple so he looks like he's wearin gloves

Might want to replace the hands, though. ML6 Punisher's hands work well on the Professor X body to make the figure able to actually hold stuff.
Any plans for fun Joker accessories, like a mallet or something?

Have you considered trying to give him lapels? Large lapels and an orchid are almost as much a part of The Joker's outfit as ears and a cape are of Batman's.

I suppose you could try using some specialist modelling putty, though that wouldn't be very durable. Alternatively, you cut and and stick them from some kind of rubber/vinyl sheet? Not sure.

I broke one of the hands (by mistake) , there was no way to fix it so I had to switch em. I might switch them again if i find better ones
