It means fer every 75 issues of Civil War that's ordered, one of them will be that cover.

I wanted to get the UF4#30 sketch cover variant, but it had a ratio of 1 in 30 & they wanted £30 for it. Sod that!

Yeah, seriously. I want the Turner Civil War covers, but not fer more than cover price.

I don't mind paying a little over the cover price for variant covers, but £30 is pushing it. £20 is the most I've ever paid I think & that was the New Avengers #1, Spidey cover variant.

The 1:75 is cheap s***. It's so that big companies like Mile High Comics can buy like thousands of the regular and get a bunch of sketch variants. It's completely unfair. I will be picking up the 1:25 cover for Civil War but not the 1:75. Most stores sell them anywhere from 60-100 dollars. It's just too expensive since I like to spend more money on silver age Marvel anyways.
