Falcone's Driver

Question: at one point in the scene on the docks did Batman knock out Falcone's driver? I'm not saying it's a plot hole, but does anyone have a guess?

In the actual script the scene wasn't originally with Falcone or any of his men, actually. It was originally going to be a seen with Judge Faden and a few "dames" in the back of a limo. I haven't read it for a while, but I think it's something along the lines of Batman comes crashing through the window of the limo knocking out Judge Faden's driver, but I digress. They left that scene out, basically. If you watch the HBO special you see a shot of Batman "dosing" the driver with something.
