Damn this is hard man, well everyone here has their own qualites but I imo have to say......

The Authority because they kill without hesitation or at least give you about a minute to blab before killing you.

Darth Vader because he'll kill from across the room with minimal provocation.

and if you're talking about the best overall maybe it goes to Edward because the girl can jack a program quick, imagine her in the Batcave with Bat's computer.
