i think you should give it up unless you have high quality eqipment like a green screen. that's what they used to make him climb on walls (it was really the floor) or computer graphics to show him climbing and jumping from builing to building. but if it's low budget, then you can just braid about 50 lines of fishing line together, atach it to a harness, and spray-paint the harness to blend in, or put it under the suit. you just gotta find a way to keep traction on the wall, and reel it in. Then, you could use some kind of rope for the web, and reel it in quickly. tape that and tape yourself doing the "go web, go" pose seperately. integrade them on a computer, and viola, youre shooting webs. i hope youre athletic, because the stunts will suck if you cant do flips and stuff. these are just suggestions though. but the fishing line may have to be edited out, so you have to record the background beforehand in the exact same place you will be shooting, then place it in front of the film from the other to cover up the line.

Keep in mind before I begin, that this is all speculation. I haven't actually tried this. But I did think it up and would like to see if it works. Get tubes of clear silicone. like you would use to caulk a shower or tub. Put it in a caulk gun and shoot it out in a straight line on something that it won't stick to (like maybe saran wrap). When it dries it's rubbery and looks very much like the web in the movies. But I wouldn't suggest actually swinging from it. But it would probably look good for closeups. Hope that helps. Let me know.

Oh, and also, here's a link to a home-made movie called "Green goblin's last stand" that was filmed in my hometown of Baltimore, MD.
I don't know if you've heard of it. But it's actually very good for being home-made. The guy that plays Spider-man actually did all of his own stunts. Including swinging from home-made webs on construction sites at night when he wouldn't get caught. Maybe you can get some ideas from this also. The movie comes with a "making of" dvd.
