The sun is a million times bigger than earth. And as shown by Fruiza they just destroy the core of the planet which make it colpase. So they don't really destroy the planet.

Okay, I'm going to say this without resorting to some anger level I reserve for a comment like this. (I am referring to the last sentence.)

Just because he has a name related to DBZ, doesn't mean he HAS to say DBZ characters must win like some silly fanboy. Second, just because he has a DBZ name, and says the Surfer would win doesn't make him some traitor. It means he probably gave it some thought. I doubt he hates DBZ. So LIVE with that. You disagree with DBZ, doesn't mean you hate DBZ. I wish people could see that.

In Cable's defense, he was holding up a city. But Surfer still messed him up to a degree where Cable basically had to go through a power change. Someone who can blow up planets, create holes in space, traverse time and fly faster than light to other galaxies in record speeds is pretty much just the top of the top. He would've stomped Cable either way I think. But that's a discussion for another time.
