My scanner won't work

Everytime I try to scan something, the Lexmark Scan & Copy thingy freezes. Of course, when my sister uses the scanner it works...:mad: Is there any way I can fix this?

That's the only thing I can think of. It sounds like a user error [read: you don't know how to use it right or something]. Have her help you, see if she does anything different

I did that, but it still won't work. I had my sister scan stuff, but it only scanned half of the picture.

I think Drak has properly diagnosed this as an ID-10T error. :)

PEBKAC sounds like something you have to run a round of Ampicillin and Prednisone to get rid of. :o
