I can't believe no one is talking about Tim Hardaway's comments. Personally, I really lost all respect for that guy. I mean he is entitled to his own views and opinions, but the way he expressed himself straight up just made him look like a huge ******* and filled with hate. Which is what he said.
For those of you that don't know what I am talking about, just click the link and read the headline.

Defending his opinions or his right to have them?
That is thing about people these days. This whole You can speak your mind freely. As long as I agree with it attitude.
I myself would prefer a person to be honest, & not patronize me. Even if I totally disagree with that person. If I think they are nuts. I do this crazy little thing called avoidance. That is where I don't come into contact with that person ever again.

Dallas won again tonight. Great to close out the week on a high note while going into the All-Star Break.
It'll be good to see them get some rest, play a little more basketball, and then face the Heat in a rematch on the 22nd. Should be very interesting and I hope the winning continues after the break.

Well because of what Hardaway said, I don't think of him any less as a basketball player. I don't hate gay people, but I admire his honesty, sure as hell ruined his career though, as far as working for the NBA/ ESPN goes. He was asked a question, and he didn't bull****. Hey, if you don't want to be shocked or appauled or "scared" of answers, cease asking scary questions.

According to reports, the NBA denied Dwight Howard's request to raise the rim up to 12 feet for the dunk contest. Although it could be done quickly and easily, the NBA discussed it and decided it deviated too much from league rules.
-- paraphrased from Marc Stein's blog.
Great. If the league won't encourage ingenuity, why hold the dunk contest at all? :whatever:

Concerning Hardaway, I don't agree with what Timmy said, but the guy's social, political, religious or whatever viewpoints never factored into my interest of him. I can respect him for speaking his mind and his right to do so. I'm wondering how much of this recanting he's doing is just spin control or if truly just got ahead of himself, as he's alluding to. Regardless, he was a fantastic player and hope the Heat follow through with the previous speculation that was circulating prior to this of retiring his number one day.
Return of Da Pip? (http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sports/basketball/bulls/cs-070215pippen,1,4206033.story?coll=cs-home-headlines)
LAS VEGAS -- He's back. Almost.
It's not quite the impact of Michael Jordan's famous two-word return to basketball in 1995, but Scottie Pippen is seriously considering a comeback and hopes to play for a contending team in this season's playoffs.
Pippen, who turned 41 on Sept. 25, says he's in better condition and health than at any time in the last five years. And in the Eastern Conference, his veteran presence could change the balance of power and be a major influence in the playoffs. Or he might be the long-sought backup to relieve the pressure on the Suns' Steve Nash. The possibilities are intriguing.
Pippen will give an indication of where he is physically when he teams with the Bulls' Ben Gordon and the Chicago Sky's Candice Dupree in the "Shooting Stars" contest part as part of Saturday night's All-Star festivities.
"I'm thinking of trying to come back for the playoffs," Pippen said. "Something like the last two months of the season, somewhere I can come back and play limited minutes to start, play point forward for someone and build toward the playoffs. It's something I've been thinking about for the last three months."
Pippen last played for the Bulls in the 2003-04 season, when knee problems limited him to 23 games. He said he's considering the right situation and plans to talk to some teams and players during the weekend.
"Being out of the game, my body feels great," Pippen said, adding that his body fat is at an all-time low 5 percent and he's at his top playing weight of about 220 pounds.
"Taking this break, it feels amazing. I'm looking at somewhere I could play maybe 15 minutes. I'm not trying to be a big-money guy or anything, [just trying to] get with a team I can help in the playoffs.
"My knee is good," Pippen said. "I've been working out regularly, doing drills. I see my body like guys like Kareem (Abdul-Jabbar, who played till he was 42) and Robert Parish (who played until just short of 44). My body is lanky and flexible like theirs. That gives me some hope I can do it.
"I'm moving good. I feel pretty fast and you don't forget the game. I watch and see so many young guys who don't know how to run a team and I feel I could help someone."
Pippen wants to move into coaching and said his ideal situation would be to serve as a player-coach. He believes his experience running Phil Jackson's Bulls offense and as the leader of good Trail Blazers teams in the late 1990s gives him a step up in coaching.
The Bulls bought out Pippen's contract before the 2004-05 season. He didn't mention the Bulls as a possible destination, but he doesn't seem like a good fit with their surplus of guards and small forwards.
Perhaps there would be a spot for him if the Bulls were to trade for Pau Gasol and give up some of their forwards. Pippen remains close with Bulls general manager John Paxson and has worked with players on the team in the last few years.
There are at least two other contending Eastern Conference teams Pippen could greatly affect if he's in the shape he says he's in.
The Miami Heat has been desperate for a point guard with Jason Williams hurt and Gary Payton proving ineffective. Pippen could relieve ball-handling pressure on Dwyane Wade and work inside with Shaquille O'Neal. And he lives in Ft. Lauderdale.
Also, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been desperate for a point guard. With Eric Snow benched, they're playing rookie second-rounder Daniel Gibson at the point. That leaves LeBron James to shoulder even more duties. Pippen could relieve James and get him free to operate in the open court much as he did with Jordan.
Of course, that was a long time ago. But we've seen 40-ish veterans in all sports make an impact with their knowledge and execution. It's especially vital in the playoffs with more half-court play.
Pippen, a classic point guard, played 11 seasons with the Bulls before a year in Houston and four with Portland.
After leaving Portland, Pippen played one injury-plagued season with the Bulls, averaging 5.9 points, his first season under double digits. His career averages are 16.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.2 assists. One of the most versatile players of his era, he played on seven All-Star teams, but 208 playoff games wore out his body. He was all-NBA seven times and all-defense 10 times. He played for two winning Olympic teams and was voted one of the 50 greatest players of all time.
Denver Nuggets coach George Karl this week talked about needing a point guard and some decision-making help. Maybe the Spurs? How about a reunion with Jackson—the Lakers have been desperate for a point guard. Back to Houston in a slower game with Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming? To Minnesota to help Kevin Garnett?
There is no shortage of teams that can use a guy who has played with six championship teams and makes teammates better with his court awareness and passing. And Pippen isn't talking about long-term or taking someone's job. Just a nice add-on for a playoff run or two. Would he help any less than some 15th guy on the roster?
At the very least he has seen it all in the playoffs and would be like an extra coach on the floor.
"I'll see how this weekend turns out," Pippen said. "Maybe I'll make a mess of that shooting stars."
Probably not. He could be a heck of an addition for someone.

Pippen: Let me play again
February 16, 2007
BY LACY J. BANKS Staff Reporter
Scottie Pippen is ready to return to the NBA -- yes, as a player.
The 41-year-old former Bulls forward said Thursday that he wants to end his three-year retirement and resume his basketball career.
''The time off has given my body a chance to heal,'' said Pippen, who hasn't played since he was placed on the injured list Feb. 12, 2004, because of a bad left knee that forced him to retire officially on Oct. 5 that year. ''I'm in good shape, I'm getting in better shape as I continue working out five days a week, my knee is good, and I feel I can play as much as 20 minutes a game off the bench.''
Pippen was speaking from Las Vegas, where he will represent the Bulls in the Shooting Stars contest during NBA All-Star activities Saturday night. Bulls guard Ben Gordon and Candice Dupree of the WNBA's Chicago Sky will be Pippen's teammates.
Although Pippen said he would be willing to play for any team after the All-Star break, he would prefer to play for a contender because he believes he has the skills and knowledge to help a team win, as well as help its younger players learn the game.
''I'd eventually like to become an NBA coach and would also welcome a chance to be an assistant,'' Pippen said. ''But I'd like to play first. I feel I still have a year and a half of basketball left in me if I'm put in the right situation. I'd even be willing to sign a 10-day contract. At least that would be a start. I just want a chance to show that I can still help a team.''
A seven-time All-Star, Pippen averaged 16.1 points, 6.4 assists and 5.2 rebounds in his 17-year career and was voted one of the 50 greatest players of all time. He has worked as an analyst for ESPN's NBA telecasts since retiring.
''I think I can really help teams like Miami and Cleveland,'' Pippen said. ''Detroit is a contender, too, but they are overstocked and probably have no place for a guy like me.
''I'm not going to be a nonstop high-flyer like I was in my prime. But I can still run. I can still dunk. But most of all, I know the game.''

Carter's a baby. If they shipped him somewhere he didn't want to be, it'd be ugly for the receiving team. The tail end of his days in Toronto showed how much of a sandbagging, lazy ass he can be when he wants. He can still opt out, so if he'd going to get moved, a sign and trade might be in the works.
I still haven't come to a full conclusion on this Scottie Pippen deal (though Barkley's comments were hilarious).
Phil Jackson, Adrian Dantley and Chris Mullin are finalists for the Hall of Fame. Phil is a no-brainer. I'd like to see Mullin go in and Dantley better damn well make it.

Chuck basically said Scottie was old and couldn't play. That he couldn't play his last few years in the league and that he hasn't gotten any younger. He probably feels good, but he can't do it. But it was done in that classic Chuck way of not being an ass, but rather, funny and blunt.
I see I'm not the only one who noticed all the incessant and unusual yammering. People were a little too excited for the damn Rookie game.
According to Joumana, 34, Kidd has engaged in extramarital affairs with "several different television reporters," as well as strippers in Arizona, Sacramento, Miami, Dallas and Indiana, a Nets season ticket holder, a Nets employee, and a cheerleader in New Orleans. Joumana also contends that she recently discovered a prepaid cell phone of his containing text messages and naked photos sent by various women. Joumana portrays Kidd, 33, as a masochistic binge drinker and excessive gambler who began beating her even before the pair's 1997 marriage. She claims that Kidd assaulted her while she was pregnant with the couple's first child and has struck her with everything from a large rock to a cookie. Once, after Kidd kicked her in the stomach causing blood to appear in her urine, Joumana alleges that he told her, "I don't give a f--k."

Blunt, & pretty obvious. I really don't understand why Pippen thinks he can still play with the big boy's. I mean Centers can get away with playing late into there career, because they don't move as much.
But other positions you have to be a bit more athletic. I think Scottie is just wanting to piggy back on a contender to get another ring. Kind of sad really.:csad:

Reactions on Pippen...
-Scottie Pippen, who confirmed he’s trying to make a comeback, told me he is not interested in playing for the Pistons because they have too many guys. Maybe no one told him they’re on the market for a backup, veteran guard… But really, I think Pippen has his sights set on one place and one place only — Miami.
"I would love to go play with Shaq," Pippen said of Shaquille O'Neal and the Miami Heat. "That would be an ideal place."
Could he see himself going West?
"Yeah, I would consider it," Pippen said. "I like Dallas, San Antonio and Los Angeles [Lakers]."
Donnie Nelson, the Mavericks' president of basketball operations, said the team isn't looking to make a move, but added, "it would be foolish" not to consider a player with Pippen's background. He intends to explore it further.
Chicago Bulls GM John Paxson told Sheridan: "I think he should be getting into coaching.
"I know it's hard when guys leave the game," Washington's Gilbert Arenas said. "They're sitting there analyzing, and they're getting itchy. If he's ready, he's ready. Maybe I can get another autographed jersey from him.
Miami's Dwyane Wade also liked the idea of a comeback with the Heat.
"I'm already playing with [Gary] Payton and Shaq; Scottie and Michael are two guys I used to play with on video games," Wade said. "To add Scottie to the mix, that would be crazy. It would be a dream."
Sitting at a nearby table later on, Kobe Bryant said he'd call Pippen and ask him to consider the Lakers.
Some people wondered if Scottie was crazy when he announced his intentions. Well, here's another little nugget that will bring his sanity (or at least his grasp on reality) into question...
But through it all, you could still feel the specter of Jordan hanging over Pippen.
So Pippen never hesitated when he was asked—once again—about not being appreciated as much as he should have been.
"I know that, but I think people love me just as much as they love Michael," Pippen said. "The fans who understand the game, the GMs and coaches. I think they'd rather have a Scottie than a Michael."
There was an awkward, shocked pause after Pippen answered—Pippen over Jordan?—and someone finally asked why.
"Because I'm an all-around player," Pippen added. "Coaches would rather have a Scottie-type player than a Michael. I was an all-around player. I made people around me better."

WTF! I knew it! He wants to piggy back on a championship team, so that Michael isn't totally hanging over his shoulder.
I agreed with him up to the point that he said teams would pick him over Michael. That is just crazy talk. At the same time I do hate that people Like Kerr, Kukoc, BJ Armstrong, Paxson, Rodman, & even Dickie Simpkins don't get enough credit for helping Da Bulls win titles.
The most important aspect of the Bulls was there Role Players. Without them they wouldn't have won as many titles.
With that said. With out the role players Jordan would have still been just as popular as he is today, & Pippen would have still been his Robin. Sad, but true.

From Marc Stein's blog -- emphasis mine
LAS VEGAS -- That didn't take long, did it?
Thursday night in Vegas and I'm about to do what I do best -- head out to dine finely -- when my phone rings with word that we have our first dunk-contest flap of 2007.
Two nights before the actual contest -- and assuming you can still have an actual controversy in what sadly ranks as the faded jewel of All-Star Weekend -- I'm told that Dwight Howard is rather steamed.
Reason being: Howard's request to have the basket raised on a couple dunks he had planned for Saturday evening has been denied by the league.
Orlando sources report that Howard has been practicing a couple wicked maneuvers that might inject this dying competition with the ingenuity/originality it desperately needs. One is a 360 throwdown with the rim hiked to 12 feet, two feet higher than regulation. The other sets the rim at 11 1/2 feet and has Howard purportedly going between his legs with the ball in mid-air before flushing.
Yet you apparently won't get to see either trick. League officials considered Howard's request, sources said, but decided that changing the height of the rim -- easily done mid-contest with the help of hydraulics -- would be a departure from the basic rules of the game too radical for them to stomach.
I guess I get what they're saying, but you can likewise understand Dwight's dismay. He's trying to be the tallest dunk champion ever at 6-11, one inch taller than Larry Nance in 1984 … which was nearly two years before Howard was born. Raising the rim would enable Howard to distinguish himself from the rest of the four-man field and stuff two long-held assumptions about the dunk-off.
1. Big men can't impress us because dunks are too easy for them.
2. Modern-day dunkers can't wow us because all the good dunks have been done already.
With a higher rim, Howard could certainly break new ground and make UNLV's Thomas & Mack Center shake.
Folks like me, furthermore, grew up believing that the dunk contest was a religious experience, as well as one of the two or three most important events on the annual sporting calendar, so we naturally wonder where all this keeping-it-real concern was when the roulette wheel was carted out in 2002. Or when Nate Robinson was missing 13 dunks in Houston and still taking the trophy.
The unexpected sidebar here? I'm also told that Robinson, who's still 5-7, made the same request about raising the rim for a dunk or two. Guess we'll find out at Friday's media day what he had planned.

That's been rumored for days now. It could happen, but the Nets are more likely to trade Vince Carter than they are Kidd, especially since they wouldn't receive any of the Lakers' good players in return. Kobe, Andrew Bynum, Lamar Odom, Jordan Farmar, and Luke Walton are all off-limits.

That doesn't make any sense (about parker). If Eva had any influence on his chances to be selected as a reserve, it would have been a negative one. No one in basketball circles cares anything about her other than some eye candy (and she would have likely been at the game anyway). Parker was selected as an All-Star last year. If anything, the coaches went with him because he's more of a proven commodity and carries a higher regard, while Williams (despite Utah's good season and his numbers) was still flying under the radar.
Come on. They picked Parker because of his fiance? I guess Williams should start dating one of the chicks on Lost or 24 if he wants to get some respect.

You have a point. I don't think that Eva, or Tony having anything to do with it, but I do think that Stern looked at this as a good marketing strategy to draw in more peeps.

If that Kidd deal happens it would be a huge gamble. Kidd likes to run the break...while the triangle offense the Lakers run is a different, more slow paced system.

2006-07 Power Rankings: Week 16
RANK (LAST WK) TEAM REC. COMMENT
1 (1) Mavericks 44-9 We're going to let you in on a little secret: You've got to score at least 92 points to have any chance against Mavs. They're 22-0 when holding teams to 91 or fewer.
2 (3) Jazz 35-17 How did they move up a notch? Jazz are a stunning 6-1 without Boozer, while no other team besides Houston is more than two games over .500 without its leading scorer.
3 (2) Suns 39-13 Can't wait to see how the Nash-bashers spin this one: Suns promptly lose three in a row without him and fall to 4-12 over the past three seasons when he's injured.
4 (6) Spurs 35-18 The next defeat will match last season's total. Yet you write them off at your own peril, after Spurs prevailed in Detroit to remind us what they're still capable of.
5 (4) Rockets 33-19 Rockets are 17-8 without Yao, 2-5 without T-Mac and 14-6 when both are healthy. Now to see if all that adds up to the first taste of the second round for this duo.
6 (5) Pistons 32-19 Pistons' .627 winning percentage is the second-lowest for any team leading its conference at the break since 1970-71. But their 15-9 road record sparkles.
7 (7) Raptors 29-24 We repeat: Raps don't hold the East's No. 4 seed just because they're leading the Titanic. They're No. 4 because they actually have the fourth-best record in the East.
8 (8) Cavaliers 31-22 The East would have only one 30-win team without Cavs' recent revival. They've been better in the last five games than we've seen all season, including their 7-2 start.
9 (11) Heat 26-26 The stars are aligning: Riley returns to rejoin Shaq and Wade. Heat, meanwhile, will play 15 of their final 25 games at home after a tough finish to February.
10 (12) Wizards 29-21 Wiz have done more feuding than winning lately, at 2-4 without Jamison, but sending their coaches to Vegas says to me that they've exceeded a lot of expectations.
11 (9) Lakers 30-24 Walton was Lakers' second-best player with Odom out and they miss him more than anyone anticipated. Starting with the night he got hurt, L.A. is 3-9 without Luke.
12 (10) Bulls 29-25 Bulls' 1-5 skid into the break is just one element of a frustrating February. Of the 12 teams that didn't have an All-Star, only Chicago has a winning record.
13 (16) Timberwolves 25-27 KG just made his 10th All-Star appearance. Unless Wolves win the West, that'll be the most in league history without a Finals appearance, topping George Gervin's nine.
14 (13) Pacers 28-24 Not the sort of consistency they hoped for: Pacers were two games over .500 when the big trade was made (20-18) and they're two games over .500 since (8-6).
15 (15) Hornets 25-28 Since a 4-19 stretch left them 10 games under .500, Hornets are 13-6. But they're down to their last 11 games in OKC, with 16 more on the road and two in New Orleans.
16 (18) Nuggets 26-25 Nuggets think they can win their first playoff series since 1994. But it's hard to really know what to expect until Melo and Iverson play more than six games together.
17 (19) Magic 27-26 At 14-22 since that 13-4 start, Redick sightings are a welcome boost. For a while there, Magic were looking at two straight years getting zilch out of their lottery pick.
18 (14) Clippers 25-28 They haven't exactly sunk to the depth of your father's Clippers, but these Clips have to pull out a playoff berth just to shed their Most Disappointing Team tag.
19 (17) Nets 25-29 Interesting hypothetical: If Nets hadn't lost seven games already this season by two points or less, would we be hearing so much Kidd/Carter trade talk?
20 (21) Warriors 25-29 If Baron is back reasonably soon, Warriors are still right there, sitting just a game out of No. 8 in the West despite the fact we haven't seen them at full strength in ages.
21 (22) Knicks 23-30 Still can't see Knicks cracking the top eight, but they have matched last season's win total and sit just 1˝ games behind Nets in the race for local bragging rights.
22 (23) Hawks 21-31 Hawks have quietly won six of their last seven road games as part of an 8-5 uptick. They also started 4-1. The problem? In between those good times, they're 9-25.
23 (20) Trail Blazers 22-32 Randolph's development and Roy's ROY lead are big stories, but the most important development in Portland might be owner Paul Allen's revived interest in his team.
24 (26) SuperSonics 20-32 Don't know how much longer we'll be able to call them Pacific Northwest rivals, but Sonics entered the break just a game behind Blazers in the regional standings.
25 (25) Bobcats 19-33 I'm guessing Bobcats fans would prefer to see MJ at a game or two, or hear he was tutoring players at the occasional practice, as opposed to getting a letter from him.
26 (24) Kings 22-29 The last time Bibby was in a contract year, Kings went all the way to Game 7 of the Western Conference finals. Just a hunch, but I wouldn't bet on a repeat.
27 (27) 76ers 17-36 After this week's obligations, Sixers close with 16 of their final 26 games at home. You figure that'll cost them a few more Ping Pong balls in the lottery.
28 (29) Grizzlies 14-40 If we're cursed with Comment Block on Grizz before the trade deadline, imagine how much we'll be struggling if Gasol stays put between now and Thursday.
29 (28) Bucks 19-34 As our favorite lefty returns, it's worth repeating that Bucks were an absolute mess without him, going 3-17 sans Redd to drop into the league's bottom five record-wise.
30 (30) Celtics 13-38 Celts have now won one game in the past 45 days. With 58 days to go in the regular season, what should we go with for an over/under now that Pierce is back?

No, I meant the East. The Cavs of this season are a lesser version of the NFL's Bears: they're a bad good team. If they finish in the top 4, they have the best shot at getting upset in the first round, even against a mediocre foe like the Magic or Pacers.
And trading Kidd to the Lakers gives them enough talent to potentially overtake Houston, so I don't see why you'd want that.

The fact that the only way you could defend your team was to insult mine was pretty pathetic as well.
The reason that I gave the :whatever:. Is because you pop in here like once a week. Proclaim Yao the best, & say the rockets are going to win a championship. Then you are gone. Why not add some more discussion about your team to the thread? Don't give me the I have life speech. If you type slow, & it takes you half a day to type a paragraph just say so.
the bulls suck this year and have underacheived. they cannot beat the pistons in a seven game series.
I know they have been playing poorly. That is why I am so frustrated. They are better than this. I know that there are no gaurantees this season. That if we do go anywhere. It will be a fight to the death all the way.
As Jerry said a page back. The Bulls play poorly against bad teams, & good against good teams. With there home record being so good. They could very well take any team to a game seven, & in a one game situation. They can beat anybody in the league. It all depends on which Bulls team shows up. Not to mention that they are in the east. Anything could happen in the east.
the rockets are the "fourth" team out west and they can certainly beat anyone in a 7 game series.
If they do. It won't be as easy, as you are making it out to be. Yao may or may not be a great center. That is up in the air. He could go the way of Shaq, or he could go the way of every other tall stick figured center that showed promise.

For f**ks sakes! Stop labeling people great after only a few seasons. Shaq has been doing what he has been doing since '92. Yao has been playing for, four seasons.
His First Season was sub-par. Averaging 13 ppg. Second season a little better with 17 ppg. Third season, 18 ppg. A little bit of a improvement from second season. 4rth season 22 ppg. This season so far he is averaging 25 ppg. He does seem to be improving. I just hope people give him some room to improve. don't put to much pressure on him. Look what all this pressure is doing to King James this season.
Besides Yao isn't the reason that the Rockets won't win a championship. It is because of Mcgrady.

Yao was the MVP before he got injured.
LeBron James' struggles have nothing to do with pressure and everything to do with a lack of effort. When asked at All-Star weekend what his top priority was, he responded "Global icon." He's more concerned about his image than he is about winning games.
The Rockets will defeat the Pistons for the NBA title.

before you guys " start crowning their asses"
let me give a couple of tidbits of info
FACT: Tmac has yet to be OUT OF THE FIRST ROUND..in his CAREER
FACT: the LAKERS have beat the rockets TWICE... without lamar and look what a crappy team we are
FACT: Yao is soft... he is GOOD..but he is SOFT..when the DALLAS center by commitee bangs on him..he will fold..heck when amare gets a hold of him he will fold
FACT: Yao< Hakeem
now...continue argument
P.s. J sucks about Wade..though i get a smidge of delight knowin y'all will not repeat..i dread it to be that way..noone wants to see agood player go down and beleive me it sucks to see your team ravagd by injuries ... sorry bro
Thank you! Not just Dallas's center. How about if Bynum, & Lamar get ahold of him, Duncan, even Staudamire? I mean come on!
Settle down, sparky. Wow.
Why should I settle down? The rockets are one team that I can safely say will be hailed, & end going out in the first round. Then ESPN will spend a week trying to figure out why, When the reasons are pretty clear. Just look at Rekal's post.
FYI. I feel the same way about detroit. Until Flip is gone, or he proves himself in the playoffs. I am not going to crown them yet.
No, really, I love accusations of drug abuse.
Ass.
I mean you know offense, but if you couldn't tell that I was joking around. Then that is your own problem. Why would a person that has never met accuse you of doing drugs.
But I guess I am the one that needs to calm down.:whatever:

I guess if Miami loses tonight they'll have an excuse? I know Wade was injured last night and I'm not sure if he's playing tonight. However, if Miami loses this game, they can use the injury excuse.
I want Wade to play as they'll be at full strength. Obviously my anger won't fully go away until the Heat lose the right to be called champions, which will only happen when they're knocked out of the playoffs or don't make it.
Go Dallas!

What do you mean "if" they don't make it?
The Heat might as well start Chris Quinn, Earl Barron, and Michael Doleac for the rest of the season. They have no shot.

I can't help but laugh, I'm sorry...it's too funny. Anyway, it's really unfortunate what has to Wade, I was really looking forward to tonights games against Dallas, now it just..another game.

Yes, unfortunately the Heat fans will have an excuse if they lose tonight. :csad:
I'm watching the Bulls/Cavs now. Bulls are shooting really great at the moment.

Where is everyone? No one is talking about the Cavs/Bulls that is going on right now. And wow, the Cavs just managed to make a big comeback in the third quarter.
Noicioni(spelling?) just smacked the **** out of Cavs player weak layup attempt.

Where is everyone?
Playing online pool and laughing at the idiots on the CBS boards. Some highlights:
Adam Morrison is the next Larry Bird; those who don't agree are racist against white people.
Dwyane Wade faked his injury for publicity.
Shaquille O'Neal has no talent and is a "dufus."
Dirk Nowitzki is not white.

Lebron really needs to work on his free throws. For him to be so talented at such a young age his free throw shooting hos horrible.
Man, Chicago is really struggling with the Cavs. I see this one possibly going down to the wire.
