The Granov design is really cool. Personally, I think it would be better if there was a circle/oval in the middle, rather than a triangle.

Something I've been working on recently. As you can see I've colored in the armor piece by piece so the shadings going to be a bit off. I'll redo all the color all at once when I finish off the shadowing.

I think Jamie Egerton's Iron Man design would be better suited for War Machine. War Machine always had the plates around the ab area, and he had the plated "shorts" as well. Tweak the faceplate and make that armor black and grey and I could see that as WM, but it's not quite right as an IM armor.

This I love!! Amazing work. To me, Iron Man's armor stands out more and doesn't blend into the background as it did with the sunset colors. Thank you.

I like this one, its got a good look to it, I like the F-117 stealth fighter,but a good fighter to go with is a F-22 Raptor, that would be cool and just my opinion.

If I could make a suggestion, I think it would help the IRON MAN lettering to stand out against those backrounds if it was a different color. Maybe like the color you have but with more of a rusty tinge to it. Might punch it up a bit. Especially if you shrink that to avatar size. Other wise you probably wouldn't be able to read the lettering at all.

oh the extract doesn't work at all for me the best way to go is with the Polygonal Laso tool there's also a way with layer masks but its a bit harder

Its not bad man but with what did you cut of the iron man magic wand ? you should use the laso tool and some father to soften it up and all it needs is a bit better background this one is really messed, hope i helped you :up:

aha well i use the font FederationClassic i add a shadow, bevel and emboss, gardient overlay and stroke by my choise and that's how you get the text only :up:

That is an awesome pic and looks photo-real. One thing, could you do another but fix the eyes - put some light in them or something? They look like the slits are sealed with metal.

My concept for the face mask is a little different from what you might expect..

I just wanted to take some chances with my design. I wanted to depart from the granov look a bit, and have a strong classical influence , while going with some departures.. But I appreciate your comments not being mean spirited..

Just my opinion ,but I like option two better.I think once we see Tony return to the states after he first becomes Iron Man a red and gold suit is the way to go.I do however respect your talent.This is some fine work .....keep it up!

The fly doesn't even have to be moving and it would definitely mess him up w/o his helmet. Not to mention that there is no way he'd be able to breathe and his skin would be torn from his skull long before that happened.

It has some mass, and at 2100 mph I'd bet even a something as small as a grain of sand would go through you. Good point about them not flying high though. So Stark wouldn't have bugs in his teeth.:cwink:
