So...the Kryptonian artifact was Zod's ship...but...Admiral? I'm sorry, but Admiral totally doesn't sound as cool as General, although it does still sound cool I guess :o

I was kinda confused about that. The change in rank, plus the whole Dru-Zod kinda had me puzzled.
I've never been a big Zod fan, as opposed to the lesser known rogues. Can someone explain these changes?

he's always been Dru-Zod...that's his first name...like superman is Kal-El...

That's what I was starting to think after reading the issue, but I had never heard him called that before, so I didn't know.

he hasnt been called that since pre-crisis, so...looks like that's one of the things that's changed post IC :o

I knew Zod's full name was Dru-Zod....but when Superman said his full name in reaction to lex, it seemed a little awkward... and the admiral thing kinda confused me too. I guess thats why the phantom zone villains were reflected in the shattered crystal when new earth was created; though i was kinda hoping it would mean the PZ criminals were still alive :(
...i guess i can still hope...

well...in For Tomorrow, Zod was still alive in the Phantom Zone...

good point...
For Tomorrow wasnt a good story imo... so i guess it was just selective memory lol
heck, i'm still bummed the fortress isn't in the arctic anymore... :(

I agree with your opinion of For Tomorrow...I've hated everything I've read by Azzraelo actually, both For Tomorrow and Broken City over in Batman...the only reason I even got For Tomorrow was because of the art :o

I actually loved Lex Luthor: Man of Steel, Banner, and Broken City. :(
Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

Dude. Lex Luthor: Man of Steel was one of the few truly great Luthor stories out there. For roughly a week, he had actual character depth. I miss that week. :(

Anyone have an idea of whats going on with Supermans brain? Is he just getting acclimated to his powers again or is he stronger? I got the impression that he was going to have more of a super intellect.

Is that in continuity? I still can't figure out where to place it.

Difficult to say specifically for LL:MOS. Ignoring the fact that the LexCorp Tower looked nothing like it did in previous comics, we do know that it took place some time after Under World: Unleashed, and before Y2K.

I've never read Banner or LL:MOS...but seeing as I hated Azzraellos other work, I really dont have a desire to...Broken City was awful...Batman, the worlds greatest detective, couldnt find a street punk drug dealer...I know he was trying for a noir thing, but it just didnt work with it being some random guy...and why the hell was the joker there, other than to boost sales? and how the hell did he know anything that was happening outside of arkham?
The Question

Hey, finding one random guy out of an entire city full of people is far from easy, no matter how good a detective you are.

...and why the hell was the joker there, other than to boost sales? and how the hell did he know anything that was happening outside of arkham? That was the only thing that I didn't like about the story. The Joker's involvement seemed really forced IMO.
