Anyone still play this ****... I think it's the greatest PC game of all time... hope they make SC 2 but I kinda doubt it... close thread if this game is too old for these forums... first time coming here anyways...

It was Ok in it's time. But now it's so primitive. I only hope that Blizzard actually changes thing for a SC2.

I still play it sometimes...I loved the little easter egg of the zerg and terrans in Warcraft 3...it would be awesome to see a Warcraft/Starcraft cross over game...tech vs magic and such :o

I finally got around to getting a copy 3 months ago. Great game, it's fun, and so what if it's primitive.
Once you go TW you never go back.

Oh yeah, I still play Star Craft occasionally. It's an amazing game IMO.

I passed on Shogun a few years ago when I bought Red Faction for PC. I can't find a copy of Shogun anywhere now.

However, it's not yet made my list of PC games I have to get. This list includes Thief 1, Thief 2, Planescape: Torment, and Grim Fandango.

The Total War series is Good for Sim but Starcraft and Esspecially Warcraft have much more emersive stroy lines. Warcraft £ and Frozen Throne Rock with one of the greatest scenes ever in a game. Prince Arthas Turns evil after Picking up Frostmourn. In the Throne Room of his Father the Lich King whispers to Arthas through the Sword Telling him to Murder his Father and Destroy Lordearon.

:eek: It's a good game, but more players than Frozen throne:confused: Nice thing about Counterstrike:)

Hmmm...

I'm not very good... but my goal is always to get six keys of wraiths, upgraded... that usually cleans off the map...

Honestly starcraft is one of if not the best pc games out there, even being almost 10 years old. If they ever (im really hoping they do) make a SC 2 it will have alot and i mean alot of fans owning it the day it realeses. I hate how they were making starcraft ghost, the idead was abit odd and i didn't really like it but then i started wanting to play it since there was no sc 2... and now its not even coming out anymore lol.

Starcraft, along with Red Alert, is one of the old games that I will never ever get rid of. Gotta love 'em :)

I'm playing StarCraft regularly lately, and I'm going to be replaying the campaign pretty soon. I was actually playing last night and there were over 100 thousand people just playing Brood War. I love the game a ton. It's just so immersive and well built that it's practically timeless.

Which reminds me I should head out and buy all the books. :o
