Much as I love the attitude of movieverse Pyro, he is nothing more than a glorified flamethrower. Storm can avoid Pyro's powers through a combination of wind, rain and flight, but there's really nothing Pyro can do to avoid Storm's.

She can scoop him up in a tornado, or rain down lightning on his person. Either way, Storm wins.
