It has a list of villains, but I remember Jon Favreau saying the villain was an original villain or something, am I correct?

Jon said he's chosen a villain, and earlier he said he wanted to use a technological villain. He wants to keep the film grounded in reality. So I doubt we'll see Mandarin. More than likely it'll be Titanium Man or Crimson Dynamo.

And yeah, that original villain comment was from Joss Whedon about Wonder Woman.

Your correct, Jon said that they have chosen a villian, will not reveal at this time, he'll most likely let Marvel do that.
Most people are voting for Mandarin, but Jon has already said Mandarin will not be in the first movie, he did back off abit from his statement that Mandarin would never make a appearence in a Iron Man movie, but he's not sure how to make him believible at this time.
I voted Titanium Man, but wouldn't mind seeing Crimson Dynamo, Spymaster or Ghost, (heck I'd love to see them all).

I voted justin hammer, as i said in a previous thread i'd like him to be the main villain but as far as fighting goes i'd like him to hire crymson dynamo to take on iron man.

I don't see even half of the guys on the homepage poll as being adequate to be in an Iron Man movie. Malice left off my villain of choice too, M.O.D.O.K. (http://www.leaderslair.com/marvelvillains/modok.html). :(

M.O.D.O.K. w/ A.I.M. is the way to go.

I didn't see the Iron Monger on there either. But I guess having Obadiah Stane's name up there is just as good.
