log out users and still maintain info within there user account.... graphics, speed of the OS is so much nicer, gadgets are cool, media controls are nice, there are a few pain in the ass things like it asks 3 times if your sure you wanna recycle or delete somthing :/

not retain what they had open as far as programs and stuff, sure you could log them out in XP but it closed everything but in Vista it doesnt it allows the Admin more control :)
