What Issues Was Knightquest/Knightsend?

I have all of Knightfall, and I want to get Knightquest and Knightsend to complete the set, but I cant find what issues were in it anywhere...little help?

He probably doesn't get the tpbs because there isn't one for KnightQuest.

snipe got it dead on for why I dont get the trades...DC never did one of Knightquest for some reason...you'd think they'd have made one and cut it in 2, just to sell more stuff like they usually do...thanks alot though snipe, you're a lifesaver on questions pretaining to batman, as always :o
