Iron Man and the Avengers

After Civil War, there will obviously be fall out from it, will Tony and Cap still be friends, and the question I have should Iron Man stay with the Avengers or start a new team?
Tony, wasn't completely on board for the Avengers at the beginning, he came around and brought Wolverine onboard, because he knew the world had changed and they needed a guy like Logan on the team, but with Civil War, will Tony feel the Avengers are the way to go or look in a different direction?

To me, iron man doesn't need teammates as much as the team needs him (his strength/resources/$$) etc.

Captain america on the other hand can't do squat...pretty much just "inspire" his more powerful teammates to beat the villans (or throw his shield from a safe distance)
