Anyone know about this oddball Knightfall issue?

Hey all, Just curious whether anyone can tell me what's up with this Knightfall 1 I have (I won this years ago, I admit it, in a Magic tournament). I've never been into comic books, so I know nothing about it, but it looks a little peculiar, and so far I haven't been able to find any references to it. Basically, it's got silver coloring in the bat logo behind "Batman" and the area with the issue number in the upper-left is slightly different. To illustrate, here's a picture of the orignal:

Not sure, but it's probably a reprint or something.

I think the coloring could have just been different for some reason. Probably 2nd printing, or something like that.

Yeah - probably an alternate printing. Check the copyright page on the inside - it should say on the last line if it's an alternate print.
Is the cover standard stock, or is it heavier paper?
