I love Superman Returns. If anything,the action and effects are much,much better than any Sperman film before it. That being said,I still love the older ones,esp. Superman 2.:supes:

Superman The Movie was good but it was kinda boring. I enjoyed Superman 2 better. i loved the battle.
Superman Returns was good too, but there wasn't any fight scenes, much like Superman The Movie. i'm hoping the next movie introduces a battle much like Superman 2.

with that said, Superman 2 is my favorite. (so far)

Supergirl diretor's cut.
Stands different than the other movies. Often ignored because it didn't make any movie but really has amazing music and better flying sequences than the Superman movies, or any movie out now. Helen Slater is beautiful and innocent as Supergirl. She is, like Superman, a true hero. This movie is underrated. People who haven't seen it or have seen the original version MUST see the remastered director's cut, it is a completely different movie and has less plot holes. Love all the Superman movies too, thought least of all Superman IV.
Supergirl needs to be remade and kept with the same tone as the original.
