Yeah, the rainbow wasn't exactly what I was looking for but when I was making the trail that's how it ended up...

Well the general concensus on lens flares is they are crap and you should never use them ever. Honestly though I think the one you have here works pretty well with the big faded supes on the right. The car is a nice touch, but I think it would have been better if you had left the image the way it was (without replacing the car), and I think I know what you were going for with the trail thing but it comes out looking like a very weird and out-of-place rainbow. Overall it's not bad, but it's not very stylistically unified.

I don't get the whole "general concensus" bit??? Who's??? In my opinion lens flare is a really solid effect when used right... I used the car so I could get an entire image out of the cool picture of superman flying and I already had the car cutout and it just fit. I also created the background, its not a picture of the sky, that's why the color matches the logo so well. But thanks for the critique I didn't feel 100% on it, probably 85%.

Not Bad. I like the first one, but instead of the guy at the Helm maybe do Davy Jones or some of his crew.

i like the second one the most, nice blending the two images, just watch those edges, dont want them to hard, or two soft, just takes practice. sooner or later it will look like one big image, yaknow what i mean?

Thanks, I liked that one the best too. I agree about the edges I took some serious time blending everything then I took some time to do an appropriate Color Balance layer.

Thanks, is it hard to read? I will get a comment once in a while like that... I work on an LCD and the difference between that and a CRT monitor is a good difference. I'm assuming that may be it?

I worked hard on that one, really like the way it turned out too! :spidey:

Thanks guys glad you like it! They posted the original picture on the SuperHero Hype site! Very high-res shot too, I just cut him out and make my own creation...

For the font I got a font that I thought looked appropriate and used bevel/contour etc. and used the colors from the Surfer in the font.

I think it would be a better wallpaper without all the logos and text. maybe that url at the bottom, where the start menu would cover it. other than that, it's really nice, well blended.

I made these utilizing the BLUR Incredible HULK:Ultimate Destruction CGI which is completely amazing! I hope the new movie looks like this! I adjusted the colors though, I prefer a greener skin and purple pants. Everything else, including Abomination, is completely original and I love how the first couple turned out!
