Now that Ledger has got joker, what does anyone think of Lachy Hulme for Dent?

I'm not a fanatical Hulme supporter or anything, but when i saw a pic of the guy recently it occured to me that he could probably do either role quite well - and we know that warner bros think highly of him enough to already have had meetings with him so who knows?

just wondering what anybody else thought, really.

I apologise if there was a better place for me to put this comment but i couldn't really see one.

I love how smug peope get on here about not agreeing with people, it was just a thought guys. Capital letters / oversized text was kind of over-doing it. (and before anyone says "troll") please note i'm anything but, i'm just trying to defend myself at the thoughtless mocking that seems to get thrown around here at anyone who you don't agree with.

I'm not really seeing him as Dent. I still want Hulme to be "Joker Henchman Number 1".

They should then have a deleted scene on the dvd of him as a henchman sitting in Joker's chair saying "hey, I could do this" and then Michael Caine just sticks his head in and shouts "Nevah" and Joker ends up beating Hulme's ass to death.

Cyclopes turned into Richard in SR and had not so small role, so why cant Wolvie become Dent?

Besides he looks right and he have already worked with Nolan and Bale on The Prestige :up:

that movie isn't done production?...on IMDB :O it says 2006.....but says pre-production....

makes no sense to me....

hmm no ways theyll go with an unknown on dent, maybe they would have with joker, but nolan seems to love his big epic casts that work well. since hes all for big casts id expect dent to be someone quite well known, maybe clive owen, jude law, guy pierce, i would love to see jackman take it on, im still for liev to nab it.

I am pretty sure Ledger is done with "Im Not There" because I have heard that his performance is already getting rave reviews.

IMO, that would've only worked if Bettany had been cast, and it could've been Bettany if Hulme were cast (haha, yeah right).
