I wish I could tell you that Andy fought the good fight, and the Sisters let him be. I wish I could tell you that - but prison is no fairy-tale world. He never said who did it, but we all knew. Things went on like that for awhile - prison life consists of routine, and then more routine. Every so often, Andy would show up with fresh bruises. The Sisters kept at him - sometimes he was able to fight 'em off, sometimes not. And that's how it went for Andy - that was his routine. I do believe those first two years were the worst for him, and I also believe that if things had gone on that way, this place would have got the best of him.

I´ll say that, there IS a good Batman movie there hidden beneath the campy villains and one-liners and neons and over-the-top sets... If you see the deleted footage, Bruce has a real character arc in that movie that´s not too far from what we see in Begins, it´s closest thing to him having real character development in any of the Burton/Schumacher movies IMO.

Yeah, if you piece together the deleted scenes, especially the one where Bruce forgets he's Batman then goes into the cave and has a revelation, it had a pretty interesting Bruce thing going that tied into the red diary. Even still, I'm not afraid to admit that I really liked Batman Forever. :wow: I mean yeah there were some lame things and whatnot, but I dunno, I just really liked it. Jim Carey was great, Tommy Lee Jones wasn't the Two-Face comic character that was expected, but he was still great, and I personally thought Val was a great Batman. When he was in the suit, I just felt that this is a Batman I like to see, but don't get me wrong, Bale is still my #1. Its just I dunno, I love that scene near the end where he talks about being Batman cause he choses to be, just love it! Anyways, there goes my rant about Forever, and I do agree, releasing the recut would be nice. :woot:
