Foggy Nelson: cross-franchise/cross-studio

If Jon does indeed decide to include the Foggy Nelson character in Iron Man as Stark's lawyer, it will be the first (albeit vague) link between seperate Marvel film franchises, let alone between Marvel films from different studios. Considering this, do you think Jon may forgo the inclusion of Foggy for fear of Fox claiming license infringement (which, frankly, I'm not sure they even could)?

And, if Foggy does show up, could he be considered a true link between the Daredevil film and Iron Man?

By the time IM hits theatres, DD's rights will like be back in Marvel's fold.

However, I don't know if Favs will make a cameo, I think it's more likely he'll have someone mention Foggy, without him actually appearing.

I love Foggy, so if they could pull it off, that wouldnt be a bad thing.
