Who Should Play Catwomen/Selena Kyle.

With the Penguin and Joker being in the first sequel one can assume Catwomen won't likely mak an appearance as of yet. If there is a 3rd she more then likely will be involved as character. If your doing a new Batman series. Catwomen would adventually be in the series.
So who would be the best choice to play Selena Kyle in this new darker Batman series. This is just a fans discussion more so then anything else.
I will give few options as to who to choose from in a poll type setting.

Catwoman works. You could keep her as a cat burgular, but make her sort of like a dominatrix who believes in female empowerment, feminism, and sexuality who seeks to prove to the men she can be great thief. She loves S&M, bondage, whips and chains, and pain, and she loves giving Batman a run for his money and then she breaks under his will.

I'm not just basing my choice on my crush on her. Okay I am. But even so, she is definitely seductive enough, has the purring, throaty voice (not entirely different from Michelle, who played the part perfectly IMO), and she's definitely a good enough actress. Her connection with Nolan through The Prestige definitely helps her chances of nabbing the part.

BTW, I hope the thread starter isn't serious about wanting Kelly Clarkson.

I don't even think she'd need to change her hair color. Pfeiffer was blonde and she performed it perfectly (Scarlett would definitely put on a performance on her level, though). Buta darker hair color certainly would not hurt.

Burton didn't nail Catwoman. He turned Catwoman into a mentally unstable meta human.

I don't mind a different take on Selina Kyle (secretary, flight attendant, hooker, whatever) but Catwoman has to be a thief. That is just who Catwoman is and always has been and Burton ignored that.

If Nolan wants to put Catwoman in his universe he should by all means go ahead and do that, but she better be a thief or I'll be pissed.
